Allen Weisselberg is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization.
He and Donald Trump Jr. have been the company’s trustees since Donald Trump became president. Weisselberg has reportedly been subpoenaed as part of the federal criminal probe into Michael Cohen and was reportedly granted immunity for his testimony on August 24, 2018. According to The Washington Post, Allen Weisselberg has been identified in Cohen’s plea deal as “Executive-1,” who helped authorize $420,000 in payments to Cohen as reimbursement for his campaign-related expenditures, although Weisselberg reportedly did not know the reason for the payments. (Weisselberg, Cohen, and the Trump Organization have not yet commented on the allegation.)
